The PCIe-180 is a low profile 8-lane PCI Express FPGA network card targeted at Deep Packet Inspection, Lawful Intercept and Cyber Security applications. The PCIe-180 is compatible with high density server and blade center platforms from leading OEMs.

The PCIe-180 features an XFP module supporting 10Gb Ethernet and OC192 SONET via the PCI backplate. This network interface is directly coupled to a Xilinx Virtex-5 FPGA and a flexible, high bandwidth configuration of SRAM and SDRAM memory. An optimised IEEE 802.3-2005 compliant 10GbE MAC core is available allowing customers to implement applications dealing with high-bandwidth demands of Internet protocol traffic on LAN, MAN and WAN networks

Optimized memory controller IP cores and reference designs are included as part of the standard product deliverables along with driver and API source code for 64-bit Linux operating systems.
