Nallatech Support Has Moved to BittWare
As of March 2019, the Nallatech Support Lounge is no longer accessible. The support content has moved to the BittWare Developer site: https://developer.bittware.com
What to Do
Nallatech Support Lounge users without a BittWare Developer site account will need to Sign Up for a new account on BittWare’s Developer site. If you use the same email, we will apply the correct product access based on your Nallatech Lounge settings.
Submitting support requests has also changed to BITTS (BittWare Issue Tracking & Technical Support). To submit a support ticket, you will need a BittWare Developer site account (tap here to sign up). Once your account is ready, log in to the BittWare Developer site and choose “Issue Tracking” at the top and then “New issue” from BITTS.
